Producing those results takes something else. It takes unpicking, or untangling, all the strands in the background, of which we are unaware. Doing that can be uncomfortable, can take courage, can take humility. Champions: Champions for an Extraordinary Universe for All
2024 will see the launch of the Champions Programme: a series of sessions over 6 months, exploring what it means to be a champion, both of and for something.
Together we will access the qualities that both create and drive champions: everything from dedication, persistence and discipline to compassion, wisdom, integrity, respect, and more. We will also become awake to, and step beyond, those hurdles and barriers that have been holding us back from producing the results that matter most to us.
Participants will engage in a process to elevate their performance, bringing each person’s individual gifts and talents to the fore. This enquiry will be combined with us designing and taking on individual projects in those areas we want to impact most.
You will find and connect to your vision of the difference you want to make at a whole new level. The bigger the vision, the more profound the adventure.

About Me
With over 35 years of experience in human development, I provide transformational coaching and consulting to individuals, organisations, groups, communities and teams. These have ranged from inmates coming to the end of their sentence in prison to CEOs, City corporates, SMEs, sole traders, and both the public and voluntary sectors.
As a coach, I work with people in all kinds of situations and particularly love to work with those with a big vision or a difference that they want to make – those who are championing something, whether in their family, workplace, community or more globally.
I provide a powerful balance between challenging my clients to go beyond their limits; and the dignity and compassion which allow someone to experience the safety to take that journey.
